The customer places an order on the website www.maisonmiyas.com. Placing an order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (excluding tax).

VAT not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Shipping fees are displayed before final order validation.

Article 5 – Payment Methods

Article 6 – Delivery

The customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition to the return address provided by Maison Miyas.

We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange requests in case of abusive returns. If we identify that an order has been placed fraudulently or with the intent to harm our business, especially by a competitor or anyone acting on their behalf (family, friends, or associates), no request for a refund, exchange, or compensation will be accepted.

Any attempt at abusive returns may lead to legal action to protect our rights and commercial interests.

Article 8 – Warranty and Compliance

Non-compliant or defective products can be exchanged or refunded by contacting Maison Miyas.
